Wrong size

I couldnt see option to choose size anywhere on the site, so i assumed they would be one size fits all. After trying them on i realized there is no change, so i checked the website again, and realized there is a sizing guide, which tells that there are 3 sizes, but still no way to choose which size.

1. What is Fairtex's return policy?

Fairtex accepts returns of products (excluding sale items or items purchased with a promo code) in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, sale items and products purchased with a promo code cannot be refunded. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, mouth guards and protective cups cannot be returned, even if they are new.
3. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Fairtex will refund shipping costs only if an error was made in the original order (e.g., incorrect style, size, or product sent).
4. How should I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact Fairtex's customer service at info@fairtex.com to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a refund and will not be returned.
5. What is the process for exchanges?
