We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred on your international order. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import duties and taxes.

Fairtex accepts returns of products (excluding sale items or items purchased with a promo code) in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Yes, sale items and products purchased with a promo code cannot be refunded. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, mouth guards and protective cups cannot be returned, even if they are new.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Fairtex will refund shipping costs only if an error was made in the original order (e.g., incorrect style, size, or product sent).

To initiate a return, please contact Fairtex's customer service at info@fairtex.com to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a refund and will not be returned.

For exchange requests, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product. The replacement item will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.

During the return and exchange process, import tax fees may be applicable and will be charged accordingly.

Once your return is received and inspected, Fairtex will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Yes, orders can be cancelled; however, a restocking fee will be applied to cover non-refundable service charges incurred from the platform and payment systems.

The restocking fee ranges from 3% to 10%, depending on the stage of the cancellation. If the item has already been shipped, the fee may increase to cover transport and import charges.

Refunds will be issued after deducting the applicable restocking and import fees. The remaining balance will be processed back to the original payment method.
