Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to assist you as much as possible.
Please note that a restocking fee is applied to cancellations, even for recently placed orders. This fee helps cover non-refundable service charges incurred from the platform and payment processing systems.
Restocking fees can vary between 3%-10% depending on the stage of cancellation. If a cancellation is made after the item has shipped, the fee may increase up to 10% to account for transport and import fees required to bring the item back to Fairtex.

Return Policy
We accept products (excluding sale/items purchased with a promo code) in resalable condition for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style/size/product than what you actually ordered). In this specific case, please contact customer service support for acceptance, prior to returning the goods. If not, we will not provide a free return.
We will accept returns on apparel, gear & equipment only under the following conditions:
Items must be in the original packaging with original tags
Items must be unused
Items must be clean and free from wear
Items must be unwashed
*For your protection, mouth guards and protective cups cannot be returned, even if they are new.
Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible for return or exchange. (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).
Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags and any attachments. Please include your order number in the package. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please note that there are additional custom fees applicable on returns from outside of Thailand. The customer is also responsible for the shipping fees and any duties associated with the replacement item. Refunds (if applicable)
Please contact our customer service at info@fairtex.com to initiate a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The processing timeline for refund is dependent on your financial institution. Any import duties incurred by Fairtex will be debited against the credit applicable for a returned product. Refunds cannot be applied to orders made with a promo code.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, this includes items purchased with a promo code. Items purchased with a promo code are available for exchange only.
All returns/exchanges will be at the discretion of Fairtex
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for refund and will not be returned.
Important Points for the Return and Exchange Process:
- Import Taxes: During the return and exchange process, import tax fees may be applicable and will be charged accordingly.
- Shipping Fees: The shipping fees for returning the item will be calculated and must be borne by the customer. Please contact our staff for an accurate estimate of the shipping costs.
- Courier Services: If the return is not shipped back using DHL courier, additional charges may apply due to the extra procedures involved in retrieving the goods from customs.
